I+E has a deep bench of experts across workforce, workforce data, community building, and advocacy. We’ve worked across the learning and workforce space, from grasstops to grassroots. Our research has been recognized by some of the country's leading workforce experts due to our deep expertise in national connections that benefit programs, companies, and leaders.
Impact
Our impact from our work makes a difference in people's lives. Since its inception, I+E has invested more than 20 million into advancing skills-based hiring. Our success rate for training and employing some of the highest-risk populations is significantly higher than comparable programs. That’s because we focus on skills-identification, skills-training, and impact hiring.
Community
From New Mexico to Nigeria, we’ve worked across states, regions, and countries to further our research and impact on skills-based hiring. What we know to be true after 20 years of research and practice is that economic mobility happens regionally and only through collaboration. Since COVID, our focus has been working in New Mexico, Colorado, and directly with employers.
Publications
Innovate+Educate produces research and papers related to our advocacy work in the space, as well as project findings. Explore our national publications from the first one, written in 2011, coauthored by Jamai Blivin and Dr. Merrilea Mayo, to the publication of Jamai's book Status in 2023.
