Stephen Yadzinski, Chief Technology Officer

A technologist and designer, Steve serves as Innovate+Educate's Chief Technology Officer, supporting the organization's paradigm-shifting mission of forging new paths to employment and opening opportunities for millions of unemployed and underemployed Americans. His role includes overall organizational strategy development, forging critical national and regional partnerships and leading teams to create, develop and implement technology-based initiatives. 

With nearly 20 years leading digital and visual design project teams, Steve combines deep technology expertise with a thorough understanding of visual communication and the ability to carry complex projects from ideation to delivery. In 2003, Steve founded award-winning branding and technology studio Big Swing, based in Santa Fe, NM. Big Swing’s marquee projects have included branding and artwork support for Emirates Airline’s out-of-home advertising, which appeared in major cities worldwide, as well as series of photo books presented to President Obama in support of National Monument designations across the Southwest. 

An accomplished digital artist, Steve began his career in New York City where he worked as a master printer for top photographers including Annie Leibovitz and Steven Klein. His design and imaging work has appeared in a number of art books and national publications including Newsweek, Forbes, The New York Times Magazine, Annie Leibovitz’s bestseller, Women, and Joel-Peter Witkin’s acclaimed Enfer ou Ciel. Steve is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
