Seth Zimmer, Ph. D., Assistant Vice-President, Organizational Assessment and Development, AT&T

Seth Zimmer, Ph. D. currently holds the position of Assistant Vice-President, Organizational Assessment and Development at AT&T.  In this role, Seth is responsible for organizational surveys, assessments, coaching, mentoring and organizational development.  Seth and his team are responsible for all frontline assessments.  This includes the hiring of all retail, technical and call center associates.  His team oversees the administration of over 500,000 assessments annually.  His organizational development team is instrumental in helping the firm manage through all the changes associated with a dynamic business environment including workforce transformation and the integration of acquired companies.   

During Seth’s 27-year career at AT&T, he has had numerous other responsibilities including business analytics, college recruiting, professional staffing, HR technology and relocation.

Seth and his wife Ellen live in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Seth received his Ph. D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
