Jami Grindatto is Intel’s Talent Marketing and Sourcing Solutions Director.  His team is responsible drive market and channel solutions to find and attract Intel’s future talent and deliver new capabilities to fuel Intel’s growth.

Jami joined Intel in 1994.  Among many roles at Intel, Jami led the Software Architecture Design that automates Intel’s newest factories worldwide, was Director of the Americas for Intel® Solution Services, and directed Corporate Affairs in the Southwestern U.S.

Jami is an Intel Achievement Award recipient.  He is a member of regional and national executive boards, including co-founder and chairman for Innovate+Educate, a national industry collaborative of F500 companies to drive innovation in the U.S. workforce and education.  Jami earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico.

Jami was born and raised in Switzerland and played professional basketball in Europe prior to coming to the United States – he’s made New Mexico his home since 1985.  He and his wife Connie have 3 children: Missie who studies Animal Sciences and Lucas who studies Industrial Engineering at New Mexico State University, and Joshua who attends Hope Christian School.  Jami enjoys the great outdoors of the Southwest - he and the boys like to hike, ski and camp, while the girls prefer the amenities of their fifth wheel for vacationing.
